MT4 to MT5

Copy trades from MT4 to MT5, automatically

MetaTrader 4 and 5 can't copy to each other on their own. Goldman Copier connects them: every trade on your MT4 account appears on your MT5 account (or the other way round), with its stop loss and take profit.

How it works

1

Install the bridge

Drag MasterBridge onto a chart in the terminal you trade on, and FollowerBridge in each terminal that copies.

2

Connect in the dashboard

Add both accounts and choose how big the copies are: same lots, a ratio, by balance or by risk %.

3

Trade normally

Opens, stop-loss and take-profit changes, partial closes and closes are copied.

What's copied

Risk limits on every follower

Daily loss limit

Stops new copies for the day once a follower is down by your chosen %.

Equity stop

Pauses copying if a follower's equity falls below the level you set.

Lot, position and exposure caps

Limits the size of each trade, the number of open trades and total exposure.

Reverse copy

Takes the opposite side of the master's trades, if that's your strategy.

Questions traders ask

Can MT4 copy to MT5 at a different broker?

Yes. The master and follower can be at different brokers, in different currencies and with different balances.

Does the MT4 terminal need to stay open?

Yes. MT4 and MT5 copy through the bridge program in the terminal, so the terminals need to be running, on your PC or a VPS.

Will lot sizes match?

Your choice: the same lots, a fixed ratio (for example half), in proportion to each account's balance, or by a % risk per trade.

Does it copy pending orders?

It copies positions when they open, so a pending order is copied when it's filled.
